    -It really is a good idea to start simple in the beginning; as you said, this includes resistance bands and dumbbells (adjustable). Also the yoga mat is a good suggestion for stretching. 

    -As your routine gets more complex, we move down the line with pull-up bars and kettlebells, along with stability balls to further the extent of the workout regimen. 

    -To top it off, workout stations such as rowing machines, adjustable bench presses, and/or power cages complete the setup. 

    -One question I might have is, how do you determine along the way- or at any point in time- where you are and/or where to start from?
