  1. Years ago I had some excellent Beachbody DVD video workouts, I still have them. I had included in my daily routine exercising for 25 minutes every morning before breakfast. I had my basement set up with a DVD player and TV screen and the weights I needed that were required for some of the workouts. It was a system that worked well for me. I prefer to buy and own things I need and use rather than subscribe and rent. I guess I am old fashion in that respect. But I know if I stop using something I subscribe to I will forget to cancel or just dread going through the process of trying to cancel. I was doing Beachbody workouts consistently for a few years. I recall the last one I got was Cize, which was a great collection of dance based workouts. The only thing that stopped me back then was knee surgery and the re-emergence of an old foot injury I incurred doing karate many decades ago. Now I guess Beachbody has introduced online community exercises which must be excellent. I would recommend Beachbody products to anyone.
